Nica's Crown Raglan Sweater
Stemming from 18th century seaside village of Nica, this was a typical maiden's crown that would be worn together with the particularly ornate ethnic costume of the region.
Nīca, being a seaside village on the Baltic sea, due to ship traffic and trading was one of the first villages to have access to the colourful beads and bright dyes, which are characteristic of the Nica region's ethnic folk costume.
